How does the contest work?
Contestants register and submit an entry form, along with a "before" photo that shows the contestant without the King Kalakaua Look-Alike Beard.  When the beard is fully grown, the contestant submits and "after" photo.  All contestants MUST BE PRESENT and must participate in the judging at the Mo'oheau Bandstand in downtown Hilo, Hawaii at 5pm on April 1, 2013 in order to be eligible to win.
